Regina grew up in Virginia and moved to California in 1999. She is the Development Director at SCM, where she oversees fundraising and event planning. Regina holds a Master's degree in Marine Biology and Ocean Sciences. She is passionate about working with the SCM community and supporting the school's continued success.
