Morgan was born and raised in Santa Cruz and attended Santa Cruz Montessori as a child. She graduated from Wavecrest Junior High in 2001 and went on to attend Harbor High School. While in high school and throughout college, Morgan worked at SCM in the after school care and summer programs. After receiving her BS in Business and a Minor in Child Development from California Poly San Luis Obispo, she attended The Montessori Institute Northwest (MNW) in Portland, Oregon. She received her AMI  Assistance to Infancy Diploma in 2011 and with much excitement found herself back at SCM as the guide of the Fireside Class.

Morgan has worked in a number of Montessori Schools in California and Oregon but continues to be drawn back to Santa Cruz Montessori for its incredibly unique and special community where children, parents and staff become like family. Although she has enjoyed working with children of all ages, she finds the deepest connection and joy working with our youngest community.
