Born in Mexico, Juana is a seasoned childcare worker with 13 years of experience in the field. Juana attended Cabrillo College while working as an agricultural worker in Watsonville and aspired to work with children. Juana began her journey working for Pájaro Valley Unified School District in 1996 and joined the Santa Cruz Montessori family in 2011. Juana enjoys working with children to aid their development through learning, as well as teaching them Spanish!
